OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains in any parts of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business and supply chains.

 

 

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

 

As part of our initiative the Group General Counsel conducts a risk assessment to identify and mitigate against such risks. The General Counsel reports to the parent company Board. Our General Counsel has primary responsibility for implementing this policy, monitoring its use and its effectiveness, dealing with any queries about it and auditing internal control systems to ensure they are effective in countering modern slavery.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2018. This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of Sunny Hill Energy Limited on 25 June 2019
