Sunny Hill Energy Limited announces the completion of the sale of the entire issued share capital of Petroceltic S.à.r.l. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Petroceltic Bulgaria EOOD, to a third party for an undisclosed amount on 28 May 2019.
